It was integral that we kept that cosy cottage feel in this multifunctioning home of our co-founder, Charlie Humm.

This cottage needed a complete overhaul of electrics, plumbing, reconfiguration of the layout, landscaping – the lot. Once this part was complete, Charlie was able to dive into the cosmetics and soft furnishings – which are arguably her favourite bit! As this was Charlie’s family home, she was able to use all the fabrics that she’d fallen in love with over the years, namely Pierre Frey’s ‘Le Grand Corail’. She integrated this fabric into the design of the headboard and finished it with antique brass nailhead detailing. She inherited the bedside lamps from her grandmother and combined them with more contemporary Pooky shades. The mirrors were sourced from Cubbit Antiques on the Lillie Road and sit above two chests of drawers to maximise storage.
